End of Term Planning (SW 400)

Completed and Signed Fall evaluation and timesheets are due on Friday, December 12, 2025.

Students: If you have not completed your hours OR you and/or your PI have not both completed your Fall Eval by Friday, December 12th, your instructor will enter an "Incomplete" for SW 400 for the term*. (This will not have an impact on your long-term academic standing). If this is the case:

• Please email your instructor with an ETA for completion

• You can then complete hours either during PSU's winter break and/or into Winter term if needed; use your Fall Timesheet until you complete 134 hours and for any hours during break. Your cumulative hours total will carry forward to your Winter timesheet, which you'll activate in January.  

• Email your instructor again once you've completed your hours and/or the Fall Eval, so they can make the grade change.

*an Incomplete will also be assigned if any practicum seminar assignments or other class requirements are not yet completed
