Historic Parkrose: Planning for Vacant Properties

The Parkrose neighborhood is situated between I-205, I-84, and 122nd Ave, and is bisected by Sandy Blvd, it’s main commercial and transportation corridor. Our project team will analyze vacant and underutilized sites and develop context-specific recommendations to advance revitalization efforts. 

Historic Parkrose is a nonprofit organization who is a part of the Neighborhood Prosperity Network (NPN) dedicated to revitalizing and strengthening the Historic Parkrose Business District and its surrounding neighborhood in Northeast Portland. 

Our team guides projects from concept to reality with equity and sustainability as our north star.
