Print Making

**This is a brand new course offering in 2022-2023!**

*Please note that this is a two credit course. Students will earn a Visual Arts credit, as well as a Business credit.*

In this course students will learn everything they need to know about operating a business in the visual arts. We will learn traditional print making, as well as modernized techniques. Through the use of pen/paper, digital media, and screen printing, students will create designs for clothing, sales, and other items. Students will use the creative process to explore a wide range of themes through studio work that may lead to creating their own brands.

Alongside the visual arts portion of this course, students will learn inventory, ordering processes, balance sheets, advertising, marketing, among other topics of running a successful business venture.
