Dance Team

Students meet on a weekly basis and learn different dance styles and techniques based on student choice and interest.

The Dance Team is a fun and inclusive team that welcomes any skill level from beginner to advanced. This is an open school team where there is no audition process to join.

Students have the opportunity to lead a dance workshop if they would like to. For example, we have had students volunteer to teach the dancers a workshop in hip hop, jazz, bhangra, and contemporary.

We have also created dances to teach grade 4-5 students at James Bolton. Students were able to teach elementary students a warmup and short dance combination.
