All Roster Records
This view shows all roster records as brought over from PowerSchool SIS in the spring import, prior to the beginning of Registration
Unsubmitted
This view is all students who have not submitted their paperwork. To search for students you need to notify, choose this view and then under Tag, choose "NOT Tagged" and "Not Attending." If you ahve been keeping up with your list in PowerSchool Enrollment as you should have, this will help you notify students who have not completed paperwork.
Imported/Added
This view shows students that have been added, but not yet notified with the mass notification for snapcodes. You will need to be in this view to create snapcodes for students.
Notified/Not Started
Use this view to see the students who have been sent the snapcodes, but not yet begun their paperwork.
Started
Students and families who have started paperwork, but not completed it. You can click on the paper icon to the right and cancel their in-progress record if necessary.
Records that have been "started" are not able to be edited until they are either reset or submitted.
Submitted
Families on the submitted view have completed their paperwork. Any edits now need to be made on the Submission Workspace
On Hold
If a family has been locked out because they entered the student's incorrect DOB too many times, their record goes to "On Hold." You can view the records in the On Hold view and release the holds.
Generally, students in the list without a snapcode are missing either a school or a grade level, or a combination of both.
In the Roster workspace, change the view to Imported/Added and search the student's name. Click on the paper icon to the right of their record and edit the missing information.
As you fill this out, if the parent has an email address, "Email Notification Validation" should light up green. Because the students already have an address, "Letter Notification Validation should be green as well."
Go back to the Roster Workspace, still in the Imported/Added view.
Select the student's name by placing a checkmark beside it and click on Tasks, then "Notify."
Choose "Send Emails" if the parent had an email and make sure the "Snapcode Email" is in the dropdown. Choose Selected Only, then "Send All" on the next screen.
The snapcode will not show up on the letter on your screen. Go ahead and complete the process.
Make sure the emails processed and go back to the Roster Workspace. Students will no longer be in the Imported/Added view, but now in the Notified/Not Started view with their snapcode.

These tags let you filter students to make sure they are properly marked and serviced in PS SIS. They also send notifications to other faculty/staff, based off of need.

Search a student by first or last name and click on the paper/pencil icon to the far right.
From here, you can view all submitted information (on the left) and all PS Enroll information (tags, approvals, notes, email/delivery history, and any uploaded documents).
This is also where you would change grade levels, spellings, and schools if needed.
Change View to Pending Delivery.
Select your student(s) to be delivered and go to Tasks and Deliver Data.
Choose if you want to deliver for Selected Only or All Found (usually Selected Only).

Please visit the Enrollment page for more information on delivery and the necessary second steps in PowerSchool SIS.
How do I help a parent figure out their login?
On the left hand side of PowerSchool Enrollment, click on Users, then Family Accounts.
Enter the Student's information at the top and click "Find Accounts."
Click on the parent name to see which registration they have completed for the child. Sometimes there are multiple parent names - choose the one with the most up-to-date registration filled out.
Under Manage Password, choose one of the following:
Reset Password - This will send them a password reset email
Change Password - This allows you to actually change the password for the family.
How do I find a student's snapcode?
In the Notified/Not Started view, the student's snapcode is listed.
How do I see who has not filled out paperwork yet?
Under the Roster Workspace, choose the "Notified, Not Started" view and the "NOT Tagged 'Not Attending'"
What if parents have not completed paperwork?
Completing school re-identification paperwork is not optional. There are forms that must be signed each year and items that must be completed. Please work with the families, utilize Mrs. Lindsey if necessary.
