Check Magnet/Transfer form
Monitor any Parent Route Change Requests and turn them into Route Change Requests for transportation by 11:30 AM each day.
Run a reconciliation between Daily Attendance and Meeting Attendance from the previous day (instructions on Tips & Tricks)

Investigate and correct any Level Data Errors on State Validation on the following tabs:

Enrollment
Incident Management
Run a Dropout list and see if you can resolve any NS1s
Power Tools Errors
Run Duplicate Error listing
Check Enroll Statuses #0
Check #<99999
During high scheduling times, Special Operations - Reset Class Counts
Check the admin/tlists/tlist_job_details.html to see if anything is failing

Check AIM Errors on Official State Collections
Check Dropout List (NS1)
Refresh Premier Attendance view
Check Disicipline SIR Reports for each school
Run School Enrollment Audit and clean any errors
Run Section Enrollment Audit and clean any errors
Run the Level Data Daily Attendance Details report and export it to csv. Using Sheets, ensure that the Daily Attendance Code and Calculated Attendance Value are the same. Adjust as needed.
Quarterly
Change the Gradebook Closing Date for new Quarter (District)
Change Quick Lookup Preferences (District)
Run and Archive Official Progress Reports
Run and Archive Official Report Cards
Open new Quarter Progress Report
Change Honor Roll GPA (District)
Change All Year Avg GPA (add Q2, etc.)
