Patuck Gala College of Commerce Library came into existence in 2004-05. The library plays a very vital role in provision of learning resources for academics and research. It is the most lively place on the campus providing a comfortable and friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge. Library is well equipped with latest information technology tools for information collection, processing and retrieval. The collection of books, journals, e-journals, reports and other reading resources are adequate for not only domain specific resources but for also general resources. Books and other resources are regularly augmented and online access to all premier journals as well as full-text & bibliographic databases available in the field of Social science, technology and allied subjects are provided to faculty, staff and students. The library uses iSlim software. It offers a range of services including reference, membership, circulation, document delivery, resource sharing, information alert, bibliographic and digital library services. The Library has a team of well qualified personnel to cater to the technological and scientific needs of the College, supported by an active collection of Reference Books, Journals, Magazines, Newspapers, e-database, e-books, e-journal with fiction and Non Fiction books.

Library is an ocean of knowledge. Whenever you are stressed or you have unsolved problem, library is the best place to visit, as it has vast collections of generic books. I visit Library to seek knowledge and to find solution of my unresolved problems. Ambience is cool, calm and gives peace of my mind.  I  will take an opportunity here to thank the library team to help me as and when needed.

A library is a place vibrating with ideas.

When I got my library card, that's when my life began. My college library stores the energy that fuel the imagination. They open up windows to the world and inspire us explore and achieve and contribute to improving our quality of life. My college library changes life's for better. My 2 years of experience in the library has been amazing. I've read many delightful books which has given me more of knowledge and wisdom. My college library provides academic year books for students who can't afford to purchase books and that's the biggest support from the library for the students.

My college library organizes various activities for students to participate and explore their inner self. Being a part of the library committee ,I've participated in these 

activities and certainly it has helped me build up my confidence and advisability.

Henceforth, I certainly recommend every Student to visit our college library modify yourself. Therefore, there is no friend as loyal as a book.

Library plays an important roles in learning experience of students. It is the library where students obtain continuous learning & self instruction. The library is expected to give extension learning experience to the students. Library is the place where we can spend our quality time reading  books, magazines, journals and many more. 

And as we all know we have provided Kindle to reading books online it was amazing experience. Even during pandemic our library has provided us with e-resources for our reading and to improve our knowledge. Many activities been conducted by our Library Committee and I enjoy participating in the activities that has helped my self-development. Since two years I have seen a lot of improvement happened for students benefits and I loved those improvements  and new initiatives. 

The Librarian and the library staff are very good to the students always encourage us to use the library and motivating us to get involve in library works and activities.  

I am thankful that I got the opportunity to share my experience about our library

I have been using the library of our College, for two years and even now also I am using the library facilities. I am very satisfied with the resources provided to us. All the books being available at any time whenever we needed, our library has good knowledgeable journals, magazine, story books, novels and daily newspapers are available and they all very beneficial and enjoyable to read. 

The activity held by the library committee for the student and encourage us to participate which are very helpful to develop us mentally strong. Specially those session/activities where we are allowed us to speak our thought and where we also develop listening skills. Most importantly we develop our socializing ability and I am very thankful for providing us such a facility.

I Kamlesh Kumavat would like to share some thoughts about our College library. At my starting days of  first year, I was unaware about the college library facility but later on, I got to know about it, I used to come thrice a week for reading articles, books and magazines to gain  extra information and enrich my knowledge.

I also suggested my friends to use the facility. I really like to sit in the library to read peacefully. I would like to rate 9/10 to the library.
