Introduction
Introduction
Faculty-participants will be introduced to inclusivity as a core philosophy of open and distance education so that all students are given the opportunity to maximize the benefits of ICT in their growth as individuals and/or professionals. They will be challenged to regard students not only as a group with common needs but individual persons with a wide range of uniqueness given their geographical locations, individual upbringing (UPOU, 2017), and economic status.
