Received Memo from the OUP | Memorandum No. 268, s. 2020, Capacitating Faculty Members Skills in Instructional Modules For Online Learning Systems

• Invitation to Trainers | Dr. Gumba and Mr. Bulao immediately acted on the creation of the team who will handle, deliver, and facilitate the ODeT Training. 

• Drafting of Proposal through Google Docs | Collaboration among the invited speakers using GoogGoogle Docs to discuss the proposal, design, and other important details of the training.

• Creation of Facebook Messenger's Group Chat

• Conducted consultation meeting | A consultation meeting with the trainers to discuss changes and potential challenges in the program.

• Development of Google Web Site | The Google application Sites is developed as the platform for information dissemination, scheduling, registration, served as lectures repositories, and other purposes for the delivery of the training. 

• Meeting and Consultation with the President

• Development of Registration Form| The registration form will be used to extract participant's demographic and to determine their pulse about their expectations.

• Google Site Pilot Testing for Team Members | This is to check and ensure that the site is error-free and working.

• Registration Form Testing | This is to ensure that all salient information are captured to address important issues and concerns regarding the training.

• Included Zoom Tutorials on Joining a Meeting | To aide faculty-participant to help them use Zoom application. Tutorials for Downloading, installation, and joining a meeting is included.

• Uploaded details of the training on the official web site of the university (www.parsu.edu.ph)
