This unit begins with choosing and planning a project, including identifying risks. You will need to record the activities that you undertake during the project and monitor the progress of the project against the original plan. You will carry out research and apply it to the project outcomes, presenting them in an appropriate format. You will then review the project, analysing information and drawing your own conclusions and reviewing your own performance.
