1st Milestone meeting with Tutor-assessor - 22nd April - 23rd May

• Discuss your secondary research, research review and Bibliography

• Discuss your Activity Log so far

• Discuss any subject-specific question

2nd Milestone meeting with Tutor-assessor - 10th June - 5th July 

• Discuss your primary research (if any)

• Discuss your report so far, including:

  • Conclusion

  • Evaluation

  • Introduction

  • Appendices

• Discuss any subject-specific questions.

The purpose of milestone meeting is to monitor the progress of the project and to maintain momentum, thus making it more likely that the project will succeed.  Each milestone should be a clear, achievable activity that the learner aims to achieve by a particular time.

At each milestone, the tutor-assessor checks whether the learner has been achieved the targets, otherwise they are redirected if necessary. Learners are required to present the first draft of findings and the research findings to their tutor-assessors during the milestone meetings.
