College Credit Plus

College Credit Plus is a program sponsored by the state of Ohio in which students can take college classes that will count toward both high school and college credit.

Registration Forms to Complete

If you are considering participating in this program you must turn in the following forms by April 1st of the previous school year

*Must be completed each year

INTENT TO PARTICIPATE FORM (Due April 1st)

COUNSELING SESSION FORM (Turn in to School Counselor)

MATURE CONTENT FORM (Turn in to School Counselor)

TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM (Turn in to Records Clerk)

*Middle school students in grades 7th and 8th interested in CCP, please turn in transcript request form to your middle school counselor department.


FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: As a CCP student, your school district or nonpublic school may seek 100% reimbursement for any course under either of the following two circumstances: 1) If you receive a failing grade at the end of the course; or 2) If you drop/withdraw after the 14th calendar day from the start of the semester/part-of-term. This does not apply to students identified as being economically disadvantaged in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 3333‐1‐65.6 (B).
