College Credit Plus is a program sponsored by the state of Ohio in which students can take college classes that will count toward both high school and college credit.

TRANSCRIPT RELEASE (Turn in to Records Clerk)
*Middle school students in grades 7th and 8th interested in CCP, please turn in transcript request form to your middle school counselor department.
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: As a CCP student, your school district or nonpublic school may seek 100% reimbursement for any course under either of the following two circumstances: 1) If you receive a failing grade at the end of the course; or 2) If you drop/withdraw after the 14th calendar day from the start of the semester/part-of-term. This does not apply to students identified as being economically disadvantaged in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 3333‐1‐65.6 (B).

Complete Intent to Participate form by 4/1/2025.
Create an account and Apply online to the CCP program.
Complete and turn in the Counseling Session form to your school counselor and the Transcript Release form to the Records Clerk. Email your counselor once you have applied so we can send your transcript!
Depending on grade level eligibility requirements for program admittance (see above) Take the college’s placement tests no later than early April. Check with college for hours/requirements.
Once accepted into the program, schedule a meeting or email your counselor to complete the online Authorization Form. An Authorization Form is required each semester prior to scheduling your classes.
Make an appointment at the college to register for college classes BEFORE SCHOOL IS OUT IN JUNE!!!

Schedule a meeting or email your counselor which classes you want to take for the upcoming semester to complete the online Authorization Form. An Authorization Form is required each semester prior to scheduling your classes.
Once complete, you will be sent an email instructing you to make an appointment with your assigned college academic counselor to insure that the courses you have chosen will fulfill your degree or certificate requirements.
