Visiting Campus

Visiting Campus: During school hours, parents or other visitors who wish to access the school are expected to report to the School Office with a Parent ID. Guests will be asked to sign in and will be asked to hand in a form of ID. They will be issued a “visitor’s pass” that should be displayed when walking around the school, and they must be accompanied by an authorised member of the Panyaden community.

To help us safeguard our students, visitors: 

• must wear the visitor’s badge all the time while on school premises

• may use only the bathroom designated for adults

• are not permitted to socialise with students unless they are entering the school in a capacity where this is expected. In this case, the expectations around safeguarding apply to the visitors in the same way as a member of staff.

• may not take photos of students unless given explicit prior permission by a school leader

• should leave the campus premises after they have completed the purpose for their visit

• must return the badge upon departure.
