School Building Access and Regulations

Access Hours: Students in nursery to year 1 may enter the campus from 08:00; students in years 2 to 6 are permitted to access the school campus beginning at 07:45. Between 07:45-08:00, they must remain within the supervised playgrounds, and they may enter classrooms beginning at 08:00. 

The Panyaden Parent Sala is available for parents who are waiting for students. If parents need to use the restroom while waiting, they may enter with their Parent ID through Gate 4, and use the facilities near the pool.

Parent ID Badges: Each family is entitled to have up to four badges per family, to be worn by the parent, guardian, or caregiver who will regularly accompany the child. These badges should be worn at drop off, pick up, and when visiting campus. If the badge is forgotten, parents/ guardians/ caregivers are asked to sign in at the office to receive a visitor’s badge which should then be visibly worn whilst on campus. 

While on the school campus, the ID Badge must be present for identification upon entering the school premises. For the safety of our students, ensure your lanyard is visible at all times while on school grounds. The parents, guardian, or caregiver must not, under any circumstances, allow anyone else to use their badge.

Remove, Replace, and Request Additional ID Badges: 

This card is the property of Panyaden International School. If the ID badge holder no longer has the right to care for the child(ren), the legal parent/guardian must report to the school to remove the person from the eligible list. It is the legal parent/guardian's responsibility to return these ID cards to the school for the safety of our community. If this card is lost or stolen, please report the loss immediately. 

You can contact the school to process the removal or replacement or request to add the additional ID badge (limit to one person per badge) at secondarysecretary@panyaden.ac.th / primaryreceptionist@panyaden.ac.th. A fee of THB 200 will be charged for replacement and additional ID badge.

Important remarks for ID Badges:

• Panyaden International School has the right to cancel this card without prior notice. Returning this card is part of the withdrawal process from Panyaden International School.

• If the Panyaden ID badge card is found, please notify Panyaden International School at  +66 53 441 460 or return it to the school office.

Face Scan: As a part of our effort to keep the community healthy and safe, every member of the school must register with the face and thermoscan system before they can enter the school campus. The system checks body temperature. If the temperature is higher than 37.5c, the door will not open. If a child has a fever, they will be checked by the school nurse for any other symptoms before they can be released to the classroom. 

Parents, students, and staff may not scan in others. If the scanner is not recognizing someone who should be authorised within the system, they should enter through the office. All visitors should follow the visitor’s protocol by entering through the office.

Access Points: There school has a total of 6 access points : 

• Gate 1: Assembly Hall, pick up and drop off for Year 4 - Year 6

• Gate 2: Early Years pick up and drop off Nursery to Year 1 

• Gate 3: Pick up and drop off for Year 2 - Year 3 - Wheelchair accessible

• Gate 4: Primary School Office 

• Gate S1: Secondary School Campus - Wheelchair accessible 

• Gate S2: Admissions Office

Panyaden Family Gate Pass Sticker is your key to the Panyaden community and is needed to enter school grounds. Each family of students currently enrolled is provided with 2 car stickers and 1 motorcycle sticker. Please update with the Primary Receptionist if you change vehicles and need a new sticker.
