Week beginning - Monday 13th October 2025
Take a peek at all the amazing things we've been learning this week!
This week, we have been preparing for (and presenting) our Module 1 exhibition! We were so glad to welcome so many family members to come and see all the wonderful work that the year 6s have put in.
In maths, we have been exploring all things division! Looking at short division (when dividing by a 1-digit number) and long division (when dividing by a number with 2 or more digits).
Finally, we have reflected on our Module 1 unit of learning, with many children showing enthusiasm for their learning and a thirst for more knowledge!

Throughout this module you have been a fantastic inquirer and thinker. This has seen you produce a wide range of work that showcases expertly your knowledge. You have then been extremely reflective about our module of inquiry. Well done, fantastic job!

Jemima has shown amazing team work all week! Firstly, in our game of netball in PE, Jemima happily took up every position and challenge given to her. Secondly, in our exhibitions she supported everyone in her group to work alongside one another, creating aspects of the display and ensuring everyone was included. That isn't easy Jemima, but you are a communicator, are principled and caring.

Brynnie has had an exceptional week. Throughout she has shown great determination to do her very best whilst maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humour.
