The Student Council at Pacific Coast Academy is a dynamic group of high school student leaders dedicated to enhancing school life. Led by a team of officers and passionate members, we organize events, create clubs, and serve as the voice of the student body to improve our school.
We are committed to making PCA an exciting, inclusive, and thriving community. Our mission is to amplify student voices, foster leadership, and create unforgettable experiences that bring students together.
Plan and host exciting school events that build community and school spirit.
Implement impactful projects that benefit students and the wider community.
Empower students with leadership skills that last a lifetime.
Encourage student participation in shaping school policies and activities.
Promote values of good citizenship and democracy in our school environment.
Our inaugural year (2024-25) has been groundbreaking! We’ve:
✅ Launched the PCA Student Newsletter, connecting students with news, stories, and humor.
✅ Hosted PCA’s first-ever Winter Formal, featuring a yacht cruise and an unforgettable night of fun.
✅ Developed plans for new student groups, rolling out in the 2025-26 school year.
✅ We are in the process of establishing a Student Senate, ensuring every grade level has a voice in school decisions. (More information to come!)
If you are a high school student at PCA, ask your HST to enroll you through the Curriculum Ordering Site (COS). The class & council meet twice a week (T/Th 2-3pm). Once you are enrolled, you will get a welcome email with the class link. Talk to your HST on how to get High School Elective credit for this class!
