In 7th grade Spanish this year, we are learning Places and Directions (places in the city, as well as how to give directions), Currency and Counting (currencies in the Spanish speaking world, stem-changing verbs, and interactions in a store), Food and Drink Culture (popular Latin foods and drinks, how to order food in a restaurant, talking about likes and dislikes), and our final unit will be Transportation and Payment (modes of transportation, large numbers, making payments). We will be using MangoLanguages as a guide for the units to allow students easy access to extra help (although there will also be things learned in class will be additional to mangolanguages).
