My name is Mr. Rubel, and I am the 7th grade Individuals and Societies teacher at Our World Neighborhood Charter School. I received my bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo in adolescent education and history, and my masters from Touro College in teaching literacy grades K-12.
