Tool Lending Library Form: Use this form to check out tools for stewardship in your school garden or to request garden supplies/tools from The Center's inventory
Landscape Materials Order Form: Use this form to order landscape materials for your schools garden!
School Garden Improvements Form: Use this form for site creation, improvement, and renovation requests in school garden spaces
School Gardens Work Day Share: Use this form whenever you have a school garden work day to share. Your work day will be sent out as a calendar invite to the EFG Champion community if you mark your work day as public.

Do not use garden hoses to wash produce or to drink. If you do wash any produce with the hose, the produce needs to be re-washed at a source that has been confirmed to be free of lead. Refer to OUSD’s Water Quality webpage for more information.
Only drink water from sources that are confirmed to be free of lead. These sources can be identified with a sticker like this one:
All sites should have received Flexzilla hose in their main office from the OUSD Operations team. This hose is meant to replace any non-Flexzilla hoses being used in an instructional garden space where edible plants are harvested. All produce should still be washed in a sink prior to eating.
