The first task was for pupils to examine the drawing on the sheet and to answer the questions on the worksheet. This is to raise awareness of the importance of workshop safety.
Pupils were then asked to further develop their learning into sequences of operations by completing the following task.
This piece of work required pupils to demonstrate their learning by reflecting on construction techniques they have used and by developing sequences of operations for various wood joints.
Pupils were asked to recognise the advantages and applications of a range of wood joints by watching a short video and answering questions on a worksheet.
