This tumble is more suited to the BSLA Reading programme. Each teacher should have their own tumble so that the specific activities match those that take place in your classes. As new activities are introduced to your programme you add these to your tumble.
Activity Tumbles can be linked directly to your weekly plan. You should not need to make a new tumble each week, just shift the activities around to match that week's planning (which means the hyperlink can remain the same on your weekly plans).
Activity tumbles can be easily displayed on TV or projector screens in a larger, neater way for your students. It is also very easy to include these on your class Google Site. Google Slides are also very easy to change around each week, and you can add in activity/video/website links, or activity descriptions, that your students can access independently. This allows your students build their independence levels and work on tasks with greater accuracy and confidence.
While examples are included here, how you choose to present this information to your learners is up to you. You need to consider their needs. For example, in the junior classes more use of pictures/images and less words would be suitable. You may also only display one day at a time for younger students so that they are less overwhelmed by the information. Some senior classes may be operating with more independence, so the tumble may not have set times for tasks and instead has a list of activities to do throughout the week. However/whatever you choose to display needs to be fit for purpose, so consider your students' needs when you design something.
