It is the responsibility of the teacher to ensure they record reflections on how they are meeting the Teaching Standards each year.

Descriptions should be succinct but provide clear examples of how the standards are being met.

Reflections need to be relevant to actions made that year, not previous experiences.

Evidence should be required where applicable (images of planning, model books, student work etc.) to help reinforce the reflections.

Instructions:

1. Open the file.

2. Make a copy of the file - replacing the word "Template" with your name.

3. Shift the file to your own PGC folder in your hub's shared drive.
