Course Description:
Technology is drastically changing the landscape of education, challenging teachers to leverage powerful digital tools while managing the distractions they inherently bring. In their book, "Classroom Management in the Ditigal Age," Heather Dowd and Patrick Green describe effective practices for technology-rich learning spaces. Throughout this study, participants will read, discuss and implement ideas involving classroom procedures, rules and expectations, tips and tricks related to teaching, and strategies for partnering with parents, alongside their assigned building mentor.
Course Requirements:

Submit responses to reflection questions in the course's Google Classroom,
Discuss ideas with assigned building mentor.
Implement four Action Items with support from mentor, and reflect on outcomes.
Submit a final reflection (1 page) to the course's Google Classroom.
