Guidelines:
Teachers and staff are to send print jobs to the Teacher Work Room located in the MS/HS hallway, across from the IT office.
Guidelines for printing:
Try to avoid printing as much as possible. Use electronic copies, especially for student materials
Print black and white if color is not needed
Print on both sides to save paper
For larger print jobs, inform staff ahead of time to avoid bottleneck
Larger print jobs can also be done by the 4Plus students. Send an email to Jeff Jones or Angela Blanco for your request.

Do not use your desktop screen as long-term storage!
Cloud-based files: Login using your OSDB login credentials. All three use the same login credentials
Onedrive- Log into your email account, and then select Onedrive in the apps located on the top left corner.
Google Drive- go to drive.google.com
Dropbox- go to dropbox.com, and you should have an automatic link for your OSDB account, or login using the Google login using your OSDB login credentials
iCloud- Your MacBook and iPad have a shared iCloud account. However, space is limited. It is not recommended to use iCloud for long term file storage. Move files to other cloud-based storage or an external device. You also cannot access them from the icloud website.
It is recommended that you select one cloud-based storage and stay with that. A lot of student websites and management systems easily sync with Google, so many teachers use Google Drive to store their instructional materials. For example, most classes in MS and HS use Google Classroom to give and collect assignments, so Google Drive and the applications within work best with Google Classroom. Non-teachers may find that Microsoft Onedrive might work best for them. Of course, you can use both for different purposes that fit your needs.
Save to device Documents, but backup regularly to another location
Save to an attached external hard drive
Save to a thumb drive
Save photos and videos to your OSDB Google Photos and/or Google Drive, or upload videos to YouTube
YouTube: Your OSDB Google Account also has a YouTube account. Use your OSDB credentials to login.
You can also save media in Sharepoint or OneDrive, however there are sometimes issues with compatibility or accessibility.
