Tik Tok users across the U.S. went crazy over actor Jim Carrey’s appearance at the César Awards, speculating that it wasn’t even him. Evidently, his representative came out and announced that Carrey actually did attend the event, so what’s with the speculation?

When audience watched the César Awards on February 26, they were shocked by the change in The Mask star’s face. It seemed to be inflamed, and some viewers on Tik Tok and X pointed out that his eye color had changed. Some questioned whether the significant change was from plastic surgery, or perhaps it wasn’t him at all. Carrey had admitted on Late Night With David Letterman that he has used decoys out in public to fake the paparazzi. This made fans wonder if he was doing the same scheme last week, but it seemed interesting that he would choose to due this at an actual awards ceremony. Carrey also starred on Jimmy Kimmel Live, introducing himself with a triangular symbol around his mouth and his tongue out. When Kimmel asked about it, Carrey gave an entire monologue.

“Come on Jimmy, seriously,” Carrey says, “the time is up, people are hip to this kind of stuff. I’m here tonight to blow the lid off it, to be the whistleblower. I’m sick and tired of the secrets and the lies. It is the secret symbol of the Illuminati, and you’re a part of it.”

The Dumb and Dumber actor continued on to “expose” the secrets, making the whole ordeal awkward. Fans were convinced that the person at the awards was not Jim Carrey. The internet went up in a storm when drag artist Alexis Stone posted a picture of Carrey on Instagram, captioning it, “Alexis Stone as Jim Carrey in Paris.” Suddenly, everyone took the whole situation as a joke.

Just recently, Carrey’s representative came forward and said that he actually attended the awards, with the people at charge of the ceremony agreeing. Fans online don’t know what to believe anymore, and the appearance of Jim Carrey remains a mystery.

During the late-night hours of March 4, 2026, pop sensation Britney Spears was arrested for a suspected DUI after numerous 911 calls were made to the Ventura County police, reporting an erratic driver. In an audio of the 911 dispatch, officers can be heard saying Spears’ “Black BMW sedan [was swerving] in and out of lanes… speeding.”

A search on the inmate page for the Ventura County Sheriff's Office shows that the Grammy award winning artist was eventually taken into police custody at 9:28 PM in Westlake Village, and was booked in jail at 3:02 AM before being released at 6:07 AM. TMZ reported that she was taken to a hospital for a BAC test, which came back at .06, just under the legal limit of .08 in California.

Spears has yet to make any public statement regarding the arrest. Her manager, Cade Hudson, called her behavior “completely inexcusable,” further stating that this will hopefully “be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life.” 

Spears is due to appear in court on May 4. While her BAC level was under the legal limit, you can still be charged with a DUI for any erratic driving that occurs. Sources allegedly close to the singer told TMZ Sources allegedly close to the singer told TMZ that they are hoping the judge “chooses treatment over time,” hoping she will receive the help and support she needs.

The news of her DUI arrest comes after a previous incident where paparazzi filmed the singer erratically driving back to her Thousand Oaks home. In the video, Spears can be seen dangerously swerving and veering into the opposite lane. This new incident has many people calling for professional help to aid the singer, many noting her strange behavior online as well.

NASCAR driver Tyler Reddick made history on Sunday, March 1st, 2026 at The Circuit of Americas race in Austin, Texas. He became the 1st racer to win three consecutive races in Nascar history. A week earlier at EchoPark Speedway near Atlanta, Reddic became the 6th driver to win the first two races of a NASCAR Cup Series season. Starting first place at COTA, Reddick maintained to stay in first place throughout the whole race. Next week NASCAR heads to Phoenix, Arizona  for a chance for Reddick to win his 4th race.

On February 12, 2026, Hulu and Disney Plus released “Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette," three episodes came out immediately, and new episodes are coming out every Thursday until March 26, 2026. The show follows JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette’s story and how they came to be, all the way until their tragic death. Carolyn was a sales assistant for Calvin Klein, and JFK Jr. was the son of the 35th president JFK. In the show JFK Jr. and Carolyn meet at a party and they have a very visible connection, but Carolyn plays hard to get, and JFK Jr. starts dating his ex-girlfriend. Eventually it all works out and they end up together, but Carolyn is very adamant about the whole world not finding out, which is a trait that JFK Jr. is not used to. They go to a family get together, and JFK Jr. proposes to Carolyn, but she says she needs to think about it. After some time and getting into a fight, she finally agrees. 

I started this show after seeing clips on tiktok and it was worth the hype. I thought it was so cute and entertaining. As I was watching I kept going to google and going down a rabbit hole of the Kennedy family. If you have time, or are interested in the Kennedy family’s history I think this is a great show for you.
