On this assignment I was tasked with solving complex polynomial long division, something that I was not well familiar with. The assignment was to be done individually among my peers. I consider this assignment to be something I am proud of as despite previously knowing little about the subject I was able to easily grasp the concept of using variables and exponential material in long division.
This assignment tasked me and my peers with identifying the key features of the specific function f(x) = x^3(x-3)(x-1). The assignment was assigned as individual work, using previous knowledge on finding the key features of a function to help. I consider this assignment to be something I can grow from as I was not able to successful complete and understand all the problems, finding the root zeros, value of f(x), and in sketching the graph, due to this points were taken off my grade and moving forward I could work on sketching graphs and finding the zeros.

During the winter break, me and my classmates were given an extensive amount of time to complete numerous puzzles to collect all stars using parabolas, graphs, and equations of lines. Through completing the marbleslide I was able to explore the connection between graphs and equations of lines. Although the task contributed to developing a better understanding of these equations, struggling quite a bit in setting equations together to get the desired outcome, some even left incomplete which effected my overall grade on the assignment . Reference of this assignment and further study of the equations of lines can help to better understand this topic.
On this assignment I was tasked with sketching a specific rational function, including defining all of its asymptotes such as the horizonal asymptote and vertical asymptote. The assignment also required student to label the holes of the function. The quiz assessed students on their ability to label and define the properties of rational functions. Through the quiz I'd efficiently utilize strategies such as factoring and quadratic equations to find the X and Y intercept, crucial to my grade.

On this quiz me and my peers were tasked with answering numerous questions on logarithms, showing an understanding of the rules of logarithm as well as break down the formula. Unfortunately I only had a partial understanding of logarithm formulas which costed my points off my grade. something I noticed in my error and could have done differently is remembering to add the log while breaking logarithm formulas. An example of this is with log(m/n) whereas I answered m - n instead it should be log^m - log^n.
On this assignment me and my peers were tasked individually with working through numerous logarithm problems, being able to show proper understanding of how to convert and evaluate logarithm equations. On this test I scored an adequate grade as I was able to successfully convert and simplify logarithms equations as well as showcase a proper understanding of the rules. I take much pride in my ability to break down harder logarithmic components to make them easily understandable to evaluate problems.

This work was assigned during class as a quiz grade meaning it weighed 20% of our grade. The purpose of the assignment was to demonstrate proper understanding of unit circles into answering the numerous questions. While working on this quiz I'd have trouble managing the time given resulting in the assignment being incomplete. By simplifying the problem It'll ensure that I finish the entire quiz without issue. By adding excessive information it wasted time that could've been used toward answering other questions, this resulted in me not scoring 100%.
After reviewing the unit of verification and learning how to verify trigonometric identities we're tasked with answering numerous questions. The assignment was tasked as an authentic assessment and weighed 25% of our grade. I'd scored high on this assessment due to my ability to successfully verify sin and csc equations, during this assignment I'd have to isolate some functions to determine the answer which was somewhat tricky, I'm proud of properly applying isolation and being able to rewrite the equations.
