The task of this assignment was to determine who was infected with this disease and propose the chain of infection. The objective was to involve enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in our exploration to stimukate the qualification of antigen in our patients. The assignment fit into the overall assignment because it introduced ELISA and antigens into the lesson. By completing this assignment I learned how to analyze the concentration of a paient sample to the positive control.

This showcases my strenght to follow lab instructions and understanding the terms used in describing the expirement. This represents important themes of developing data. This connects to the larger world because in a pendemic like Covid this method could be used.

The task of this assignemnt was to work with bacteria and test how much it becomes resistent. Apply antibiotics to bacteria and record the bacterias growth and changes. The assignment fits into the unit due to the fact that it involes interperating the chain of infection. By completing this assignment I leared how antibiotics evolve over time because of how the bacteria becomes resistant.
