The task of this assignemnt was to pick 10 artricles of your choice and write a detailed paragraph with a strict criteria. The objective is that I will be able to evalute articles to a short summary that covers every point being brought up. This assignment fits into the overall unit as a skill factor, preparing me for articles and books that I will be reading in class. By completing this assignment I learned how to create a foundation for key points that I can use to structure my writings.

This assignment showcases my strenght in processing what I just read and be able to explain it to someone who has no idea what its about. This assignment represents important themes of analyzing.

The task of this assignment was to read this speech, that was like a monolouge and analyze it. The objective is that I will be able to read and highlight key point of this speech such as ethos, pathos, and logos. This assignment fits into the overall unit because we used this speech later on to write an argument. By completing this assignment I learned more about the past and the judgement that history created that still lingers around today. 

The challenging part of this assignment was interperting what I highlighted and putting a meaning or explanation behind it. I would improve this assignment by really trying to understad what the specch is saying.

The task of this assignment was to answer questions thoughtfully and in detail. The objective is that students will be able to answer the questions with knowledege of reading both articles using evedince to back up. This assignment fits into the overall unit by posing rhetorical questions that combined things that we were covering in class. By completing this assignment I learned why C.P. Ellis and his connections were important. 

This assignment showcases my strenght to describe the connections of two readings. This assignment represents important themes dealing with racial issues.

The task of this assignment was to write an essay using a speech that we studied in class. After annotating and going over the speech in class, the objective was for me to construct an written piece that depicts the rhetorical purpose for the words that construct each sentence. This assignment fits into the overall unit because it allowed me to activate the soaps in my writing and utilize ethos, pathos, and logos to make my argument stronger. By completing this assignment I learned what I need to improve on for next time.
