AA Friction Lab Report - 1/10

The task was to make a lab report based on a lab that we did in class that we collected data for. The objective was for me to be able to communicate the work I done in the lab for people who were not there to understand everything and the data. The assignment doesn't fit in with everything in the unit wit pendulums. By completing this assignment I learned how to write a lab report based on friction. 

This assignment showcases my strenght in disscusing my procedure and my results. Showing my caculations from my data. The enjoyable part of this assignment wa that it was my highest work grade.

Inertial Mass: Phet Lab - 11/18

The task was to open a simulation and play around with it, then to fll in a table. The objective of the assignment was to figure out how mass, applied force, friction force, net force, and inital speed all depend on each other. I learned how to caculate the net force and the relation between force and motion. This assignment fits into the unit since most of the things we have to do include some type of force. 

The challenging part for me was awnsering the question, implying what I was suppose to obtain from the stimulation to another scenerio. I could have improved on the assignment by recieving feedback maybe my open-ended reponses needed work or maybe it was part of the simulation where I needed to collect different data.

The task of the assignment was to complete the table with different materials. The objective of this assignment was to use the source provided to collect data of how mechanical property effcets different substances. This assignment fit into the overall unit considering the fact that it includes topic of atoms and electrons. By completing this assignment I learned about different terms. Those terminology helps me realize the whole context, and why I got the results that I got. 

This assignment showcases my strenght in being able to visually collect data. This assignment represents important themes in the course showcasing what causes materials to change it's shape. I appreciated this assignment due to the fact that it was uncomplicated, and easy to digest. This connects to the larger community for people who desgin or create things. 

The task was to create a lab report after learning how to draw an ellispe. The objective of the assignment was to communiate the importnace of the work I did so that people will understand the results. The assignment fit into the overall unit by including the formaula of distance. It also talks about speed and how to caculate it between objects. By completing this assignment I learned how to draw an ellipse the path that a planet orbits using foci which one of is the sun. I learned how to calculate eccentricity and learned about the major axis.

The challanging part of this assignment analyzing and interpreting the data of the greatest eccentricity. I would improve this assignment by evaluating how kepler's law fits into this lab and the mathematics part of it.
