Personalized Professional Learning

Current Status:

• Library media specialist and IT departmnet provide staff with individual, small group, or large group training on technology and resources as the need arises

• Assist with district-wide staff inservice/development days as the need arises

Possible Areas of Growth:

• Allow district library media specialist the opportunity to attend a professional conference on a yearly/bi-yearly basis

• Provide time to share with staff useful information learned from attending professional conference

• Provide newly hired professional staff with training during the new teacher orientation time (use of Destiny, Badgerlink, ect.)

• Survey staff to determine current and future needs
