Spotlight: Kagan, Classroom Management, Write from the Beginning, Thinking Maps, Learning Targets

Ever since I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. My journey to becoming a teacher was not easy, nor did it happen at the expected pace. Through trials and tribulations, I finally accomplished my goal.

This year, starts year four of being a teacher for OMSD. I have grown tremendously as an educator while being apart of OMSD. I love implementing Kagan structures throughout my teaching. 

I am thankful for the opportunity in being a Spotlight Teacher as I am able to continue to grow as an educator and assist others in their educational goals.
