Careers and Guidance 

At Our Lady's we endeavour to help young people to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills they need to make well informed choices and manage transitions in learning and work. We understand the complexities and demands that young people face when making themselves ready for their future careers. Our commitment to providing a planned programme of activities aims to help pupils understand the purpose and benefits of education, inspiring greater achievement in their formal qualifications as well as successful progression into the next stage of their lives, and the world of work in the longer term. The programme is an integral part of the whole school and incorporates both formal careers education, information, advice and guidance activities, as well as other opportunities linked to subject areas.
