I really liked how this plate turned out. My favorite curved line exercise was the 8th one because it looks pleasing to the eye. This took a long time, but I finished it on time due to determination and focus.
My score in the MQE is 43/50. It is a low score for me, but atleast I still passed. I will study harder for the upcoming QE and for more tests if there are any more.
OHP SHEET PAINTING
The design I did was a jellyfish. I like how the paint turned out, however it bothers me how I didnt decide to crumple the aluminum foil background for a nicer effect. I am still proud of my work and I believe the result turned out pretty.
1ST QUARTER REFLECTION
TLE 7 this quarter for me was fun and exciting. This quarter, I learned that TLE is not only about home economics, it can also be about drafting, arts, and architecture. This had a big impact on me because one of my main hobbies is making art. We learned about drafting, architecture, lines, and materials. Mrs. Dayao willingly helped and guided us with these lessons
These lessons may help me in the future if ever I want to learn about architecture and take that course in college. These lessons help me learn more about illustrating things accurately and creating designs so that I can achieve a beautiful result. We also learned about hazards and risks, which can help me to be aware of my surroundings and different kinds of signanges so that I can ensure safety in my future workplace or in any location I will continue to study more about TLE and these lessons to deepen my understanding.
For this activity, we did it by group, and we got 11/15. Even though our score was unexpected, I am still proud of everyones cooperation and efforts.
My score for this quiz is 18/20. I am proud of myself for achieving this score, since I didnt fail.
This assignment was all about the common farm tools used in farming. We were tasked to list 10. I am still unsure of the score, but still I think I did well.
ASSIGNMENT
My score for this assignment is 10/10. It is all about jobs in the tourism industry and in the hospitality industry.
QUIZ
This quiz is all about the kitchenwares and tools. My score is 12/15. I was a bit confused on the different tools, but as time passed I reflected on my mistakes.
2ND QUARTER REFLECTION
This quarter, we learned mostly about house tasks and economics; specifically Agriculture, Farming, Hospitality and Tourism, Kitchen Tools, Food and Beverage Services, Guidelines in Food Preparation, and Napkin Folding. These lessons gave us a deep dive into the concept of career, responsibilities at home, and job opportunities.
Agriculture is the art of cultivating soil, raising animals, planting, farming, etc. Agriculture is truly crucial, for it serves as our natural supply of resources, it builds economies, and sustains life. Farm tools are a part of agriculture, and they play a very crucial role in farming. They make the process easier and they don't waste time. The hospitality and tourism industries, on the other hand, are significant since they promote countries as a place worth living and they generate income. For kitchen tools, they help in managing our time when cooking instead of making everything from scratch and they make our lives easier. Untidiness and uncleanliness of these tools may lead to improper hygiene and safety since the tools and ingredients are exposed to harmful germs/bacteria. We also have food and beverage services, which is catering and serving food to customers. This is important because they provide career opportunities when we're older, in the service industry. A part of the food service industry is food preparation, which plays a crucial role in cleanliness and orderliness. It is the process of preparing the organization of the tableware. This is important to enhance the experience of the people eating. Lastly, we have napkin folding which is also a part of table setting. It refers to creating a design of a napkin by folding it. Overall, all of these lessons may help us in the future, especially when we're choosing our career in service industries or in agriculture.

Here is the result of our sewing activity.
3RD QUARTER REFLECTION
This quarter, our lessons were all about Dressmaking, Sewing Tools and Equipment, Sewing Machines, Tape Measures, Taking Body Measurements, and the Parts of a Sewing Machine. We can apply all of these lessons when we grow up and when we want to be a dressmaker or a tailor. In the future, we will realize how important all of these lessons are.
Dressmaking is all about creating clothing using different techniques like sewing, measuring, and designing. It is a useful skill that helps in saving money, instead of buying clothes. Sewing materials are connected to this. Measuring, cutting, marking, sewing, and drafting tools help us to create accurate clothing and designs. Sewing Machines are machines that stitch automatically and it is the modern way of sewing. A tape measure is a sewing tool, and it is a flexibleruler that is used to take body measurements and distance measurements. The 3 types of body measurements are Vertical, Circumferential, and Horizontal. An example of each are the following: VERTICAL: Length, CIRCUMFERENTIAL: Waist, HORIZONTAL: Width. Finally, the parts of the Sewing Machine should be memorized and we should know how each functions so that we can use the machine properly and easily.
This is our assignment, however mine is still unchecked since I was excused for an event in school.
My score in this quiz is 10/10. Yehey! I'm proud of myself for achieving this score.
My score here is 9/10. I'm still proud of it, despite getting one mistake. I know I can be better in the future.
I got perfect in this quiz. (15/15) Yay!
I got 10/10 in this homework. I crammed this, but I'm grateful I got a high score.
I got 20/25. I was a bit dissapointed, but I'm still proud of it since I know I can improve more.
In this long quiz, I got a score of 23/25. Not bad, since I only got 2 mistakes. I made sure to take note of my mistakes so that I won't make more.
FINAL REFLECTION IN TLE 7
In closing this quarter, it is clear that TLE 7 has been a fun ride. We learned how to cook, sew, prepare, and more. Our learnings will definitely not be gone to waste, since these discoveries can help us to be responsible, clean, and open-minded. Thanks to Ma'am Dayao, we have new information and lessons in our minds!
This year not only gave us skills, but it also helped us to build and develop our character as people. Every activity we learned taught us something new, and it eventually helps us to be independent and capable individuals. As the quarters passed by, there was a conflict I experienced, specifically in sewing. I'm not a good dressmaker, and I always fear that I will be pricked by the needle in the sewing machine, which lead me to not-so-good outputs. That is one problem I will try to solve next year, and I will try to be more brave and capable.
In summary, this year's TLE 7 helped us carry more knowledge on different aspects of livelihood as individuals. Thank you, Ma’am, for making TLE a meaningful journey!
