BIG Work in progress! Simply sketching out where the monument will be placed. It’ll be of Marsha P. Washington. I think it’s weird that the only Gay Lib. Monument is 4 faceless “queer people” which is very limited and doesn’t accurately represent the community. ALSO there’s no proper Stonewall monument other than the club which is not cool. Also I meant to write Marsha idk where Martha came from >:|

It was hard to actually think of ways to create a bathroom for anyone and everyone. I put more of the mirrors in the bathroom because of the way people know each other by how they look and it would be a representation or something more meaningful that can identify someone but also show how theres more beyond the looks of a person

I decided to design a bathroom because I feel especially as a student, it is an important place, that at some moments, can be an escape. Often students will use the bathroom to get some much-needed privacy and get away from the stress. I wanted to be able to make a bathroom that expresses this need for privacy as well as comfort. Even for those simply using the bathroom for its known purposes, the bathroom should highlight the needs of any individual that walks into it. That is why I chose to add cabinets and shelves that allow for individuals to get the materials they need, such as toilet paper or even feminine products. I wanted this bathroom to accentuate the needs of an individual, giving them a nice open layout and fitted for any moment that may arise.
