It is important to encourage people to purchase sustainable fashion to decrease waste production, protect the environment, develop a fair and healthy labor market, and stimulate economic growth. Every year, the fashion industry is "one of the most polluting industries in the world, with massive amounts of waste, water usage, and carbon emissions." It is human responsibility to buy less fast fashion since many fast fashion brands produce low-priced clothing at a rapid pace to follow fashion trends, so there are a large number of workers who are underpaid and work long hours in poor environments.
According to the data, “in a 2022 survey conducted by Statista, 35% of customers in the U.S. reported that they would be willing to pay significantly more money if the clothing line was eco-friendly or sustainably produced.” This indicates that it would be helpful to teach sustainable fashion to encourage and inspire more people to be responsible for the environment, make positive decisions when purchasing clothing, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Learners will be able to apply the knowledge when they make purchasing decisions.
The overall design and layout is clean with the right amount of photos and texts. I like there are many interactive designs in the course, which is engaging and encourages the learners to keep learning. I think the topic is really important and deserved to raise the people's awareness. It's a pity that we can't view the external links in the conclusion due to the trail accounts. There's nothing I would add in the course. You definitely nail it!
In your course, each lesson is very clearly labeled so a learner knows exactly what to expect. I also love the clean layout! It feels very fitting for a fashion-based course. You do a wonderful job adding photos and interactive elements throughout each page, keeping the learner effectively engaged. I think you cleverly created quiz questions that reflect the format of the content, e.g. the sorting cards question for comparing fast and sustainable fashion and the matching question for differentiating between production materials. On the Sustainable Fashion Options page, I noticed that you can’t read the full “thrifting and secondhand apparel” tab. Maybe if you change the “and” to an “&,” it would be legible. Or, you could repeat the title in the text below the tab so there’s no confusion. Also, for the second quiz question under Materials and Production Methods about listing two sustainable production methods, I was only able to achieve a correct answer when listing one method. Other than those two minor snags, I think your course is fantastic. Great job!
