For general inquiries on the day-to-day happenings of Paulson, email 181mercer.hall@nyu.edu. Normal business hours for Paulson professional staff are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responses to emails sent after late Friday afternoon will be reviewed on Monday. When emailing staff regarding matters with your room, please also include your room number & letter.
While our team handles all day-to-day operations related to your stay at Paulson, any matters pertaining to resident billing and reservations should be handled through our central office of Residential Life and Housing Services: housing@nyu.edu or 212-998-4600.

There are also 15 Resident Assistants (RAs) living in the hall. For any happenings outside of the normal business hours, an RA will be on call at all times. To reach them outside of operating hours, residents may call Campus Safety at 212-998-2222 or report to the Campus Safety Desk in the lobby. You may also report concerns directly to the Resource Center during normal operating hours. Our team is here to help!
