At least two weeks ahead of the final exam period, you will receive a copy of your exam schedule with your classroom location. While exam dates are posted on the Registrar’s website ahead of time and should be noted on your syllabus, once classroom information becomes available you are responsible for announcing the final exam date, time, and location in class. Exam periods are 110 minutes in length and must be proctored. Note: if you choose to give a final exam, it should take place during the final exam period and not during a class meeting prior to the exam period.
Exams should be made available to students for inspection following grading, either during subsequent class time or at another mutually convenient time for you and the students. This arrangement allows you to confer with students who have questions about the exam or about their grades. You can reserve the right to keep your exams.
