Process Description / Outline
All computer and other hardware (e.g., iPads) must be pre-approved by Howard Hutchinson, Director, Computer and Information Technology
Computer/technology peripherals (up to $150) do not require pre-approval, but please reference FAS Educational Technology or FAS CIT recommendations. iBuy must still be used and personal printers are not allowed (see FAQs)

FAQs
May I purchase a personal printer?
NYU Sustainability goals no longer allow personal printers. The multi-function devices (copy/print machines) are preferred. Exception requests may be forwarded to Joseph Wright, Senior Director, FAS Fiscal Affairs
