VOYCE is the clinic's live interpretation partner. Interpreters are available to support our services, offering access to over 240 languages, including ASL, with more than 80 languages available via video.
All use of interpretation services must be requested by your clinical educator at least one week prior to the session. Please connect with your clinical educator to discuss if use of VOYCE during your session is the right fit.
Note: Do not start the interpreter session until the client is ready to begin and end the session when the interpreter is no longer needed.
Example: if interpreter support is needed for the ethnographic interview only, begin the call once the client and/or care partner are settled in the room and ready to begin. End the session once all questions have been asked and answered.
