Each session note is organized in the Data Forms. Each time you want to view a Data Form, you must click on the icon and use the drop down menu to view all the documents for review and signature.
To complete these separate notes you must first complete the attendance hour by indicating the minutes across the communication areas. you must select "Zero Minutes" if you are not selecting minutes in that specific domain or the attendance data form will not be completed and it will not allow you to forward the note to your supervisor.
Creating Your WSP and WSO:
Open the note by double clicking the name of the client on your schedule.
Click "Client Note"
Click "New"
Open "Data Form"
Navigate to the note you wish to submit by using the drop-down menu. If a note type is listed in red it is required for the appointment type.
Some sessions will require additional documentation. To add these templates to the client note, follow these steps:
Select the client on your schedule.
Select "client note"
Select "data forms" and select the required form name
Complete the form
Select "save"

Each session has an attendance feature that must be marked daily or weekly. This is accomplished by clicking the question mark icon on the scheduled appointment block.
Click the "Question Mark" to open the attendance.
Next click the corresponding attendance record from the drop down menu.
Next click "all that need attendance (2 schedules and 1 client)"
Then click "save and accept overlaps"
Attendance will change in the scheduled appointment to a green checkmark or red x based on record selected.
