To locate a client file, you can search the client database by selecting CTL + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac). This will open the search tool, where you can enter the client's information.
*Note: you do not need to type the whole name into the search bars to locate the individual. You can enter initials or partial names, and a list of clients matching that description will populate.
Once you have selected the client, their information will open in a new window. Along the top bar, select "Client File." Select this to open the documentation collection.
The client file will be organized chronologically by date, starting with the most recent appointment. Most notes will be attached to appointments, and will include sections for the Attendance Record, WSP, and WSO. To review these notes, double click on the desired note.
If no notes appear and you receive a message at the bottom of the screen that reads, "You do not have the rights to see anything in this file," please contact the Clinic Admin Team at nyuspeechclinic@nyu.edu with the client's initials to request access to the file.
