Insert blocks on your schedule to indicate courses and times that you are not available. Please check each Friday to ensure your schedule is up to date and add any additional information as it becomes available to you.
Right click on the desired time block and select "Recurring Other Appointment"
Select code: "Out of Office - Student"
Edit the length and recurrence. You can indicate how many weeks or insert a date range.

Select code: "Out of Office - Student"
Edit the length and date if necessary.
Your schedule and caseload will appear in the Titanium schedule. You can adjust your settings to display only your schedule upon login by following these steps
Select "Configure" along the top bar and select "User Configurations."
Select the "Schedule Viewer Layout" tab along the top of the window.
Select "Display Single Schedule (One schedule for multiple days)" and then select your name from the dropdown menu.
Click Apply before closing.
Once caseloads have been assigned, you will see the appointments on your schedule with the client's name. These blocks are added by the Clinic Admin Team.
"Placeholders" are the only block that will be visible to clients on the Online Appointment Scheduling and will be monitored by the Clinic Admin Team.
Prac II: These blocks will give you an idea of the dates you may receive an evaluation. Please monitor your schedule for incoming evaluations.
