MA students will need to take one research methodology course at some point in the program. The timing of when you take the research class is up to you, and various methods courses will be avilable each term.
Keep in mind that you don't HAVE to take a designated research course from MCC; you're welcome to enroll in research/methodology courses outside the department that fit best with your research interests.
The courses:
Are approved only by advisement and students should fill out the elective approval form so there is record of this course approval.
Have varying credits, which students need to consider before selecting them.
