Orienteering is a sport in which participants use a map and compass to navigate their way through a course marked with control points. It is a great way to get exercise, explore the outdoors, and challenge yourself mentally and physically.
Orienteering can be done individually or as part of a team. The goal is to find all of the control points in the correct order and finish the course in the shortest amount of time.
If you are looking for a fun and challenging outdoor activity, orienteering is a great option.
