What Do We Do?

The Operations Department is in charge of overseeing events, creating and ensuring parent waivers get turned in, and also making sure that Public Affairs, Fundraising, Community, and Unit Service hours are running and up to date. 

Event Waivers

Waivers inform parents about events and give legal consent for cadets to participate.

Due dates for when they should be turned in are outlined in the waiver. It must be signed by the parent/guardian and must be turned in prior to or on the due date.

If, for any reason, a cadet is unable to grab a physical waiver, email the Operations Department (ask the assistants first) and they will share a copy of the waiver for the cadet to find and print for themselves.

Some waivers have more than one page, please fill out all pages accordingly prior to turning them in to avoid issues or concerns with the waivers.
