Offered in 6-week sets, Families CCAN Cook provides guided sessions (hosted on Zoom) for individuals with disabilities and a family member or support person to prepare a balanced and nutritious dinner in one hour - in the comfort of their own kitchen! We focus on dishes with few ingredients and simple steps.
Our expert instructor leads participants to prepare 3 dishes: an entrée, a side dish, and a dessert. Once you register we will send you a list of ingredients and supplies needed for that week. Register for one session or all six in a set!

Our One-Stop Virtual Workshop Series provides focused instruction on small but important topics. These topics will help you on your journey to greater independence. Stop in for one session or register for them all! All sessions will take place on Zoom.

Location: Arcadia University, Brubaker Hall, Room 102, 450 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA 19038
The REAL Certificate is an inclusive post-secondary educational program for students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are not able to access college by meeting typical entrance criteria. Students must be between the ages of 18-26 at the start of the program. Students in the program audit traditional college classes, participate in vocational and social experiences, and have the option to commute or live on campus.
The REAL Certificate is hosting an Information Session on Thursday, December 5th at 4:30 PM. Please join us to learn more about the program and the application process for Fall 2025.

Water Tower Cinema is proud to offer sensory-friendly showings for children and adults with autism, sensory processing disorders, and other sensitivities. These showings are designed to be a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Topics we will be covering include how to use smart devices for elopement, anxiety management, and for navigating everyday activities like cooking dinner and doing the laundry.
