BID NOTICE (Fuel)

Sealed bids will be received by the North Clay Community Unit #25 Board of Education, Louisville, Illinois, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2026, for:

Furnishing gasoline and propane according to specifications set by the North Clay Board of Education. Specifications are available by contacting the District Office at (618) 665-3358. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the North Clay Unit Office building located at 953 Kinmundy Road, Louisville, Illinois, at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 10th, 2026.   Bidders are expected to use bid forms available at the Unit Office.  Bidders must provide exemption forms for the federal excise tax.  The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.

Bid Notice (Bus)

Sealed bids will be received by the North Clay Community Unit #25 Board of Education, Louisville, Illinois,  for one new propane, and/or gasoline powered school bus until Friday, April 10, 2026, at 2:30 pm CST.   Bids will be publicly opened and read at the North Clay Unit Office building located at 953 Kinmundy Road, Louisville, Illinois, at 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 10th, 2026.   Specifications may be picked up at the Unit Office on weekdays from 7:30am to 3:00pm.   The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
