Payments

We charge hourly for Early Bird, Late Bird, and Enrichment Clubs (see below for rates and free/reduced options). Towards the end of each month, you will receive an email with your current account statement. Charges are based on your number of scheduled hours in that calendar month. Payments are due by the last day of each month. All families will be charged a $15 annual registration fee at the time of registration.

Payment Methods

Online

You can pay online via UniPay. Please follow these instructions for paying online. You will need to create an account when first using the UniPay system. There will be a drop down menu to select which program you are paying for (Late Bird).

Note: Payment for Enrichment Clubs is now included in Late Bird. You will be charged monthly for participation in clubs, and it will show up on your billing statement as an Early Bird / Late Bird charge.

Check

You can pay with a check by sending a check in your child's red folder, or bringing it into the school. Please make checks payable to "City of Northampton" with 'Late Bird (Month) (Child's Name)' in the subject line. Please be sure to indicate which Early/Late Bird month the payment is for.

Did you know we offer our Late Bird program at a free or reduced rate for those who directly qualify for our district's Free/Reduced Lunch program? Families who qualify will receive a letter from Freshampton at the beginning of each school year. Families who qualified last year will carry over for the month of September this year. You can find more information about the Free/Reduced Lunch program on the Food Services website.

$7/hr (Reduced Rate $4/hr)

Enrichment Clubs are included in the Late Bird fee ($14 per day for the 2:15-4:15 time slot, or $21 per day to 5:15).

For the 2025-26 school year, we will be offering a sibling discount of $5/hr for each additional sibling.

Half Day Programs
