The Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology offers 30 academic programs composed of 22 undergraduate and 8 graduate programs in four different campuses: Sagay City Campus (Main Campus), Old Sagay Campus, Escalante Campus and Laga-an Campus (Calatrava).
All of the college's 22 undergraduate programs have been awarded with a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by CHED. Further, of the 22 undergraduate programs, 7 are offered in the Old Sagay Campus; 11 in the Sagay Campus; 3 in the Escalante Campus; and, 1 in the Calatrava Campus.
For the Graduate School, COPCs have been issued to 3 of the graduate programs (2 master’s programs and 1 doctorate programs). All graduate programs are offered in Old Sagay Campus. The remaining 3 master's programs and 2 doctorate programs have already been evaluated and are currently awaiting the release of their respective COPCs.
As to the enrollment in various programs, there is a notable increase in the enrollment of undergraduate and graduate programs, especially during the Academic Year 2021-2022. Currently, the college has a total student population of 7,938. There are 7, 344 students enrolled in the undergraduate programs, 493 in the master's programs, and 101 in the doctorate programs.
All graduate programs require a dissertation or a thesis as part of the program/degree requirements. Graduate students are also required to publish in a refereed journal before they can graduate. For undergraduate programs, a thesis or capstone project is a requirement for graduation.
6 programs are AACCUP Level III Re-accredited - 5 from the undergraduate programs and 1 from the graduate program. These include the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies and Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management. 10 programs are AACCUP Level II Re-accredited, 5 from the undergraduate programs, and 5 from the graduate programs. 4 undergraduate programs are currently in their candidate status; while, the remaining programs are non-accreditable.
