The Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology (NONESCOST) continues to keep up with the dynamic educational landscape. It houses various learning resources and laboratories to provide students with a rich academic experience.
It has four (4) campus libraries with two (2) categories of library services which are in-person services, and online services to cater to the needs of the students, faculty, and staff of the undergraduate and graduate studies programs. There is a total of seventeen thousand eight hundred ninety-six (17,890) volumes, or thirteen thousand four hundred ninety (13,490) titles, including theses and dissertations, and subscribed e-books in the four (4) libraries. When distributed by campus, the Sagay City Campus has 7048 volumes or 6268 titles that would support the curriculum of the College of Business and Management, College of Education, and College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. The Old Sagay Campus library has a total volume of 7471 or 5538 titles that would support the BS Biology, AB-English, BS Fisheries, College of Information Communication Technology and Engineering and the Graduate School Programs while the Escalante Campus Library has a total volume of 3106 or 1544 titles that would support the curriculum of BS Criminology and BS Agriculture. Lastly, the Calatrava Campus has 121 volumes or 140 titles that would support the curriculum of BS Agriculture. Online subscriptions are made accessible to users to augment the library's holdings, such as Britannica Academics, which offers more than 800,000 e-books and e-journals to support the printed collection. Additionally, students and faculty have access to a variety of open-access data sources, including Philippine E-Journals, Science Direct, Z Library, PDF Drive, and others.
Aside from the libraries, NONESCOST has various learning resources which provide students an area for their interactive and hands-on learning sessions such as Tech4Ed Center, Audio-Visual Room, and various ICT laboratories such as Networking and Electronics, Programming, Multimedia, Non-IT, and special learning resources such as laboratories for Speech, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and the Central Laboratory. Each learning resource is fully air-conditioned and equipped with various equipment and materials necessary for learning.
